We have a swim spa and are looking for alternatives to T&D Pool for regular pool/spa maintenance and cleaning.

Sorry you are not happy with T&D, have been using them for almost 2 years, and the current person is excellent, prior was very good. You might call T&D and explain your concerns. Prior to T&D I had used Spa Kingdom, as this is where we bought the spa, they were also quite good, but increased prices to the point I decided to look elsewhere (T&D).
