Help. I need Mac repair. I just get a ? On a gray screen when turning on. Getting worse for 2 weeks. Nothing works! .

Please recommend the best and fastest service to fix a Mac laptop. Thing started to bog down 2 weeks ago, I ran Sonos and Malwarebytes, but no help. Now it's just frozen with a ? In the center of a small folder on a gray screen. Need emergency surgery here.

Disconnect the Mac from the power, printer,Modem and all ports.
Press the power button for 20 seconds.Plug in the Mac,leave all ports disconnected, reboot.
This fixes many problems.
