I suggest you google sample resumes and cover letters. You should be able to follow the examples and plug in your information. Most jobs are posted and applied to online and receive a tremendous response. Make it as easy as possible for the person reviewing your resume to see that you meet the qualifications or your experience could be beneficial to the posted position. Don't underestimate the value you offer to the employer. Make sure you answer any screening questions that may be included. Good luck.
