Default Massey's, Deans, or someone else?

Who do you use for extermination, and are you happy with them?

I just got Massey for lawn and shrubs. So far I'm unimpressed. They do take care of issues but you have to tell them. I think their service is probably only as good as the person whose route you are on. My lawn is much better now, but it took a combined effort. They do not show ownership of the problem proactively.

We had Massey and found problem after problem..they actually destroyed our curbing and downspouts! Just recently switched to Dean's and very impressed. They actually appear to care and rather than a few kids who have no knowledge or concern for customer or property..they have knowledgable employees who work with you. Just sayin'

I have had Deans for the last four years and never had a problem getting in touch with them, always called back within an hour or two. I've been very happy with their service for pest control. Can't say how they are with lawn work.

I have had Massey since moving here and i agree with the poster who stated that it came down to your service person. When we first move here the service person was horrible and after a year of lousy results i contacted the supervisor and worked out the problem. Today the service people doing our lawn are good. The guy doing our pest control is excellent. a very dedicated, well trained and very personable. dispatchers receptive The terminate control people are professional and the I elect to stay with Massey

Ugh!.....No follow-thru....Switched to Heron and could not be happier....One Truck Stop - they have everything your lawn could possible need in his truck....The service is not based on what is scheduled, it is based on what your lawn needs.....Cliff is Grrrreeeaaat!
