Best Buy. I know a few people who bought a new microwave from Best Buy, and they were very satisfied with the installation guys, who, I think were Best Buy employees.

Almost any handyman can install these, especially if the replacement is the same brand as the original. I have done a few, and have run into some problems when switching brands, the units are slightly different sizes, the vent is in a slightly different location and the holes for the mounting screws in the cabinet or the strip on the wall are in different locations. NOTE: if you have a finished backsplash that was installed after the microwave I would strongly suggest staying with the same brand.
In any case, if you have an EXTERNAL vent all of the ones, I installed required changes to be made to swap from INTERNAL circulation to EXTERNAL vent.

Dire Straits got to install microwave ovens, custom kitchens, deliveries. They got to move these refrigerators, they gotta move those color TVs.

Just done that, what pain, paper template was nightmare, none of old holes lined up including lower bracket. Plus no 2x4s in wall, had to cut down dry wall toggles screws cause they were too long to work. Finely had to make my own template out of cardboard. Major pain. Even with same brand nothing was close to mount new one.
