Recommendations other than T & D?

We had T & D build our pool and spa. Did a good job, although the work area was always filthy during construction (lunch garbage, construction debri, etc.). Sort of stood out since the main house constuction area was always clean and well picked up at the end of every day.

In any event, we are very happy with the end result, and the weekly service personnel has been excellent. But any time we need service on the equipment itself it is like pulling teeth to get them out here, and I end up feeling like they feel like they are doing me a favor. And they basically keep bankers hours, M-F daytime hours. No nights or weekends no matter what the problem is, in fact they don't even answer the phone after hours - no message service, not even a recording.

Does anyone have experience with the follow up services of any of the other contractors they would like to share? Now that the initial year is up we are definately looking around. Thanks!
