what was he able to do? is it just pulling out little dents or can he do touch ups, etc.?

I had a gouge in my rear bumper, the Admiral had scrape under her from bumper.

Mark touched up my 2010 Hyndai Tucson yesterday where the paint had already started oxidizing...looks great!

Marc the bumper man was just Here an hour ago. Fixed my problem in a minute ( $30) whereas a body shop in the area wanted $187 .
Real nice guy . Does light body work right at your house . Saved me from going to shop , renting a loaner car , not to mention more than a few bucks. Made my day.
