Default Need MAJOR concrete repair work

Still fighting an ongoing problem.

To start at the present, my concrete lanai is being severely damaged by some unknown force. It has wide cracks and is lifting in several places.

1/2 of my lanai, approx.l 20x15 needs to be torn up, removed, discover cause of problem, and replaced.
Also, screen cage will be affected.

Can anyone recommend a contractor able and willing to do this work?

Don't know if this post helped, but just received a bid of $15,500.

I need another opinion, if any is available. Just don't know who (whom) to call.

Did you contact home warranty? If I recall correctly structural defects are covered for 10 years.

The concrete is covered I think for 10 years with T & D.
But that is if the concrete is defective. Sounds like some Major settling.
