Having been on TOTV for a long time, I see you have 1200+ posts, and you never saw all the recommendations for Egner's.................
I will say they do a great job.

Just had our home, driveway, lanai, etc done by No Pressure, the tech was Jason. Did a great job. 2nd time we've used them...both times excellent.

Egner's is the best.Did my Patio Villa for $45 and the driveway,walk and patio for $50.But the price is going up a bit Jan 1,2015.
