After researching TOTV for appliance repair. I decided to call Beck's for my refrigerator. The lady that answered said she would have Rick Beck return my call. About 5 minutes later Mr. Beck returned my call and ask me what the problem was with my refrigerator. I told him what was wrong, and he preceded to tell me how I could fix it myself. Within the next 30 minutes I had fixed the problem. Mr Beck could have gotten a repair job from me, but decided to walk me through how to do it myself. I highly recommend Rick Beck for your appliance repair needs. He is a very honest repairman.
