Default Need palm tree removed and new one replaced

i need a queen palm removed because is dying and need to replace with another type of Palm. Any recommendations.

A really tough one that's a FL native is the blue green Pindo Palm. Slow growing, doesn't get nearly as tall as the Queen and takes frost well.

You need to get approval from ARC to have a tree removed and you will probably have to prove that the palm is dying.

Also, chances are, you won't be able to replace your palm in the exact spot of the dying one. I assume that the one that is dying has some kind of disease and therefore, you can't put another one in the same spot or it will also die.
