Yeah, T&D seems to have gone down hill recently. We had a GREAT technician, but after T&D recent rate increases, we had to cancel their service. I gave the tech a letter of reference, and told T&D the specific reason for cancelling and that the tech was excellent.

That's what happened to us with T & D. The last increase was over 13%. The one 2 years before was about the same. Good service but becoming too expensive.
