Recently learned that some of the driveways in The Village of Charlotte have problems with concrete "popouts". My house is two and a half years old and we had the driveway painted about a year ago but now small marks called popouts are appearing in the surface. Talked with concrete company and they are aware of the problem and have agreed to pay us for the problem or replace the entire driveway all the way to the garage and front door which I see as a mess to endure. I need a recommendation for companies doing pavers.
