Any suggestions for reliable and honest roofing company? Has anyone had 'Sack Roofing' or 'T. Scott Roofing'? Thanks!!

Quality Services did my roof in Feb. Did it quickly and did it in a quality way. They have done a lot of roofs in Rio Ponderosa.

C & S Residential Roofing, Inc. - Barney Barnard - csroofing@hughes.net - 352-637-0049. Along with 5 other neighbors here in Hadley, we started the process of having shingles replaced by guarantee with Owens Corning. Two roofs have been completed, and the rest of us are awaiting our checks from OC to have our roofs done. Barney got a copy of our check yesterday from OC and the actual check should arrive to us any day now so ours can be done.

I actually watched both of the houses across the street from me being done as I can view both houses from my den where I spend most of my time. They appeared to work quickly, efficiently and definitely cleaned up after them selves every day! Time wise it took about 2-3 days for each house.

If you have any solar panels on your roof, keep in mind that you need to contact the solar installer as they need to remove the panels and reinstall them after the roof is completed. If the panels are still under warrantee, you need to use the same installer (or other installer authorized by the solar panel manufacturer) to make sure the warantee does not become void.

In 2004 Hurricane Charlie roared into The Villages and did a lot of damage, especially to the Historic Side. Our roof was damaged along with about 10 or more other homeowners here in El Cortez Village.

Sacks Roofing gave us all a great deal if we would all band together and let their company do the job.

Beautiful work, wonderful employees and great price. They moved from home to home and within no time- they were done. I highly recommend them.

I used Batterbee Roofing. They brought 12+men in the morning, stripped roof down to wood, and replaced underlay and shingles by 1pm that day. Had a worker continuously walking around house with a large magnet to pick up stray metal. I called Justin Blandford, 352-748-6300. I understand that they roof many of the new homes built in TV, and use those crews.

I see that this was last updated in August. Our street has several homes that now qualify for the OC replacement. Any new recommendations on roofers?
