When we bought our cart in 2011 annual service was $75 with free pick up and delivery. Now it is $130 which includes $$ for pick up. We are waiting for a call back after their meeting with the NEW maint supv. We' re done once the warranty expires!

The owner is divesting himself of commercial assets. The Furniture Stores are gone and now also the Kindred Spirit Liquor stores. Can the golf cart stores be far behind?

When we bought our 2014 yamaha, the salesmen told us the clutch slips when you accelerate hard or go up a steep incline. I don't notice it very often but they will replace it with another clutch during the first year for free that doesn't slip. Also for us maintenance cost $79.95 life of cart.

On the other hand, I recently had the turn signals suddenly stop working in my 2009 Yamaha. Drove into the Villages Golf Carts at Colony. Guy came out to the cart, popped off the dash, determined that it was a "flasher gone bad." Replaced the bad flasher in 2 minutes, which made everything work great, and sent me on my way.........no charge. So far, I can't complain.

Had the annual service on my 2012 Yamaha gas cart at the end of November - $79.95, as always, including pick-up and delivery. Last week, the throttle cable broke. **** Aide rescued me, bringing me and the cart home. Next day Villages Golf Carts picked the cart up at my home, repaired cable, returned cart to me the same day. No charge whatsoever. No complaints here!
