Default New Addition Contractor Recommendations

We are asking for recommendations for contractors with experience adding an attached garage to a block and stucco courtyard villa. Searching for one with design, ARC approval, and timely completion. Would like to hear both good and bad reviews.

Fortin Construction.
Will definitely not be the low bidder.
They do provide design/permitting/inspection and 100% satisfaction.
All measures taken to protect existing living space while under construction. Clean up every day.
Excellent quality materials and workmanship.

IMHO, as soon as your selected contractor has a preliminary set of plans, then you should get the ARC approval. I relied on a contractor doing this once, they told me they did, I found out after the fact they did not get approval, so now I make sure I get the approval. I was able to get the approval while the project was being done....
