Default For Newbies and Budget Concious

I found a furniture place called American Freight in Ocala. 80% of what they sell, is made in the good old USA. Very similar quality to "Rooms To Go" with prices, that will blow you away. This is brand new furniture as opposed to used and or gently used. One of the recliners I bought is new, at gently used prices. IMHO

I realize some people want top quality stuff. but if you are new to TV, and budget concious, you need to check it out.

American Freight
1010 SW 17th St, (between 200 and Pine Ave).
Ocala, FL
352.369.1800

They are the middleman between the factory and you, so they don't have the usual costs of running a business. Basically, it comes from the factory to you.

The only down side is a $125 delivery charge, (it must be paid in cash).
The prices are so low, it makes it worth it. IMHO. I bought a sectional sofa, (comes with decorative pillows), a recliner, two end tables with a coffe table, hugh lamp for reading, two lamps for the end tables and a kitchen table with six chairs for........ wait..........

$1925.92, (tax included).

Thank you. Yes I am a careful shopper, on big ticket items.

Sale to me, means that, "I will rip you off, for less than I normally do".

Never forget, they are still making money even with the "Sale" Price". That's why some people love "Home Goods" because you get quality at a fair price.

Home Goods and quality. Just doesn't seem to go together.

In general, there is a pecking order of quality depending on where one shops and what they want to purchase.

I respectfully agree to disagree.

I have puchase items in Home Goods like bedding, pillows, bedspreads at a fraction of what Bed Bath and Beyond would sell them for, and they are of good quality. Maybe some items are ordinary, but if one has a good idea of what other stores are charging for the same items, one can be a smart shopper.

Why pay more for something if the quality is there?

Ah, but that is the question.
