Is anyone else having trouble getting a response from Nova Filters? I spoke to Jackie two weeks ago to get information and pricing for their filter and water softener systems. I then did some research to make sure their system would fit in the area by the water shut off. I have since left three messages at the main number requesting a return call. I also called the emergency number from the message on their answering machine and left Shane a message to call me as I was trying to set up an install for their system.
