Cool Comcast

Does anyone remember the name of the rep that worked with the Villages to get problems solved. This person was a local comcast person

Default Comcast Manager

Manager, Deb Brainard, 904-256-1800.
A/Manager is Gary Hicks, 352-630-7139

Debbie's email is
Debbie_Brainard@cable.com

I have called her and him in the past, they usually pick up the phone and get the job done. A/Manager Gary is also a great guy. Very responsive.
Good Luck
Jim

Sadly, sent an email to Debbie - no response. Just like normal with Comcast.

I've wondered about the high bills from Comcast and from bright house compared to what we used to pay in NY. We not only paid less but got better service.
I expect, we could get lower prices and better service IF WE NEGOTIATED TOGETHER.
