Has anyone used " Pearce Construction " or " Gingrich Construction " looking to have a small Lani remodeled and looking for a decent, reliable contractor.

Had good work& good luck with Gingreich but that was 5-6 years ago

With any construction-get 3 bids--rule of thumb-toss the high & low bid go with the company in the middle

NEVER PAY ANY $$$ UP FRONT

If the company doesn't have any credit with their suppliers--dump them
