Hi all, I’m not sure if this topic has been discussed. I’m looking for someone to enlarge a photo and remove background interferences. I think this is called photoshop or something like that. I have checked Walgreens and Wal-Mart. They told me possibly a professional photographer could help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Jim.

I have a scanner, can go to 9600 DPI, but the is a huge file for color, send me a PM if you are interested. Also, if you have W10, I think there is a photo editing program included.
