The only experience I have with them is that I had them come out to my houae to give me an estimate for some plumbing work. They came out, spent about 30 minutes and said they would call back with an estimate but they never did. Never understood it but moved on to a different plumber.

Mike Scott was recommended to us for some plumbing work. I thought they did a good job. When we had another issue we used them again and were happy. Only two experiences and pretty simple work but they were fine.

Another company we have used is Rocket Rooter Plumbing. A slightly more difficult job and we were also happy with them.

We'd certainly use them. Fast, courteous, affordable and quality work.

We had an emergency leak, called Mike Scott, plumber was there in the stated time frame, and repaired the 2 broken pipes in a very reasonable time and cost.

We have used Mike Scott since 2010, multiple times. Staff a pleasure to work with. Plumbers always respectful and on time for their time frame. Prices are less than some other companies.

We have used Mike Scott plumbing for several repairs, most recently installing a new garbage disposal. We have alway been happy with their work and cost. They are our first call for plumbing issues. Mike Scott Plumbing also installed our water heater for TECO program.

Yes - we’ve had Mike Scott Plumbing do several repairs/improvements to our home over the last 9 years - always on time, always great work & reasonably priced. Tried 2 other companies in emergencies- both poor work & expensive!

We had an emergency water issue and called several companies. Most said yes they’d come in 2 or 3 days. Mike Scott came in 30 minutes. Had to dig waist high to fix the problem. Worked hard and fast to fix the problem correctly. Very reasonable for all they had to do. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I would not use Mike Scott Plumbing. Had a bad experience with them on a water heater. Installed a brand new water heater and while installing they dented it and put a huge scratch in the front of the unit which is already rusting. Would not even provide any financial credit and were treated very rudely by the service manager.

One service guy was excellent and did the job efficiently. The next guy a couple years later was not willing to address my issue and said that's just the way it works. Not true - a couple years lady a handyman put in a new part and now it works the way it should. So not Mike Scott's fault - the serviceman they have working for them apparently didn't feel like doing the job that day.
