Default Cut n Trim

Has anyone used Cut n Trim Lawn service? I have been quoted a price of $35 a month but that seems low to me. I don't mind low if it is for good work. Also, does anyone use Robin Myers lawn service? Any advice is welcomed.

Not fimiliar with that service but there are many to choose from. We pay $45 per month. That is mowing, edging and blowing the walk & drive. My advice is to ask a neighbor who they use and DON'T pay in advance. Pay month by month for the services rendered.

I would give Cut and Trim a shot and see how they do. They need to cut, edge and blow the trimmings away. If they do the job and you are satisfied, stick with them, If not, try someone else.

You might have gotten the low price because of the size of your yard or because Cut and Trim is trying to get a start and will give you a good price for a good word.

As mentioned above, do not pay until the end of the month to make sure they show up. That applies to all services - not just mowing.

Default Follow-up for Cut N trim

Frank Woodruff, the owner of Cut N trim showed up at my home on thursday morning. His price for cutting, trimming and blowing was the aforementioned $35 per month. He collected a check for that amount for April and as an extra threw in a complete service for today, March 27. His work seems excellent. So far so good. I will follow-up in a month.

several people warned you NOT TO PAY IN ADVANCE, the reason you were warned of this is too many times contractors who have been paid in advance do not complete the job!

I totally agree with "do not pay in advance". While I was in Canada in exile, I was paying someone to cut my lawn .... who never showed up.

Be careful.

P.S. I now have a great service, very dependable.
