Default Garage Steps pull downs

We had our steps installed by a fellow named Bernie. We think he is from the Ocala area. He did a great job and need his number to forward it to another new Villager. Can someone respond with this information?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Wished we were there spending our first holiday in TV. Thinking of all our new friends and the wonderful day you will be having in the warm sunshine!

Thanks again for any information you can provide.

Still in Ohio (a LakeSide Grover as soon as we can be one)

If its the same Bernie who did mine, it's B&B Home Services, info listed in phone book. And he is a Villages resident. Highly recommended.

My wife and I are closing on our house Feb 7th. Do you happen to have the contact information. I would like to have the attics steps put in as soon as possible once we move in.

Thanks for your help

The "Bernie" who put in my stairs in B&B III Home Services and he does a good job and paints the new door also, which is a good sevice.

He's also a good all around handyman for many home needs and a competent and reliable lawn care company.

I have this number for him. 352-561-4449, or b_b3homeservices@comcast.net

I just had attic stairs installed by M&M Services. They charged $185 for wood, and $285 for aluminum. I would have gone with the aluminum but my wife was afraid that it would attract lightening. My concern was that the aluminum would get too hot to touch in the summer. They also install 7/16" plywood on the floor @ $25 per 4'X8' sheet. I plan to do the plywood myself with furring strips so that I don't crush any of the Romex cables which cross the attic.
