Default Power Washing Out Side of House

I need someone to power wash the outside of my house. I had someone do it, but he is no longer around. Would welcome any recommendations.

Contact Jason with Nature's Way (352) 989-7398. He's done our house several times since we purchased it - has done a number of others in our neighborhood as well. Results are always consistently good.

If you can get a number of your neighbors on-board so that he can do more than one home in a single trip to your area, he might be willing to give you a bit of a break on price.

Default Power washing

I believe you can't power wash with the water restrictions currently in place. You can only power wash to ready a home for painting or sealing. This seems unreasonable to me since you can hand water your flower beds and I think you wash a car, these use more water than a professional power washing.

I'm sure Jason's pricing will differ based on the size and condition of the home. So it would be best to check with him. Also, again, I believe he'd cut someone a break on their price if they can make arrangements to have him do multiple homes in the immediate vicinity in the same trip.

We had our Camellia in Hadley power washed several times and it ranged from $35 to $50. The more expensive one did the inside of the lanai.

Great job. I think they use bleach. It smelled like bleach and the house was sparkling clean.

According to information posted on the Southwest Florida Water Management Area website, power washing the house is OK.

I hope you are right because I would like to power wash our home next week. This is the link for water restrictions I thought applied to The Villages, our home is in St. Charles in Sumter County. Has this been rescinded?

Jason's Nature Way has done 2 houses for us -He doesn't use bleach - bad for the grass and plants - we were very happy with him - He has a set price depending on the type of home you have also told us it could be a little higher if the homes were very dirty- They were not - He was also kind enough to tell me we had black widow spider which could
hurt our 2 small dogs -Even shoed a picture of them so I knew what to keep an eye out for - Good guy - You can't go wrong with that company tho you may have to wait a few days as I think he has all the work he wants - good luck

This post links to an out of date restrictions list. I verified that by calling the hot line and speaking to an actual person. Sumter is on the watering restrictions which limit power washing. Here's the current link which links to the regional restrictions and Phase 3 which applies to Sumter. Unless updated and further restricted, Phase 3 expires June 30.

For those of you in the "rules don't apply to me crowd", please disregard all these restrictions.

Try Dave Eldon at 352 227 8907. He's very good, reliable, honest and very reasonable.
