Go to Virginiatrace.com, open the good services list, scroll to house washing and there are half a dozen listed. I have used Richard King and was very satisfied.

Welcome to TOTV! If you use the Search button (top of the page in blue band), you can type in "power wash" to access the many threads on this topic. There are some excellent comments in previous posts.

We had ours washed by A Through Clean Home Washing Service after seeing him doing our neighbors home.

David did a good job for us!

If you are not painting it yourself, most painting contractors do their own powerwashing and it's included in the price. They look for cracks in the stucco and places that may need some sealing before they paint. You may want to consider a paint with an elastic component as it will stetch with minor cracking and keep them covered. We used Sherwin Williams Loxon XP. The are other good products out there as well. Investment Painting did a wonderful job for us. (352) 446-7334

I've used Testerman's for cleaning my lanai. Mom in law has used them for power washing her house. When we had our house painted, it was power washed by the painter prior to paint application.

Since you asked for a recommendation, are you painting the house yourself? This is a good time of year....not as much rain and not nearly as warm.
