Default premiere land designs

We have been interviewing contractors for work such as, Landscaping, Garage floor epoxy, driveway paving, etc. came upon a man named Tim whose business is called "Premiere Land Designs", very nice man who says his business can do all of these things. Prices are very reasonable. Looking for anyone out there who may have used this company. What did you think?

I think you should check with the BBB and both offices of Seniors Vs Crime. If this business also uses some other names (like Historic Pavers or Paradise Landscape) do not pay anything at all in advance and check those names through the same organizations. Make sure any checks you write are made out to the business and not to Tim or Gretchen. Only write those checks when the work has been completed to your complete satisfaction.

Tim is a con artist. He has no office, utilizes what he calls 'sub-contractors' to perform all his work, that he finds on Craigslist and hires to do jobs and doesn't pay them. So you will be in danger of having a lien placed on your home by his disgruntled employess, required to pay for just about the entire job prior to completion, and your calls will never be answered if you have any problems when/ if he completes your job.
There are plenty of reputable landscapers out there, find one who actually has an office and employees that have been with them longer than a couple days.
