We are new to TV and would like to find a good property manager. Since we won't retire for about 2 more years, we would like to rent out our new courtyard villa in Tamarind Grove.

Has anyone had experience with Gerry Dietrich at Partners Rental Program?

We live in Indiana and would like to use the property as much as possible during vacations and holidays.

Any advice you can give would be appreciated.

Another vote for Vilas if you don't want to go the self-rental route (many do it themselves and are quite successful). She's honest, hard-working and caring.
