Hi! My husband Bill and I are thinking of purchasing our home for retirement in Fenney. We will not live there full time for another 3-4 years. We'd like to rent out and will probably use the "VH4R" website to handle that aspect. We want to hire a property management co to look after our home when we are not there and will need a lawn service as well. You will need to get your terminology correct when making calls. A "property management" company is licensed by the state. They literally manage your property , find renters and so on. What you are describing is a home watch service that offers some concierge service for renters and ideally home cleaning. The Cunningham's do this. You handle the financial aspects of the renters.
