I fear that I may be forced to take my Impala to a GM garage because my independent mechanic is stumped right now. I am reluctant to go to the dealer after having bad experiences elsewhere although those around here may be 100% honest and trustworthy and not out to retire on me. Does anyone have any comments about having personally used Phillips Buick or Cindy Chevrolet? or any other fairly close GM dealer? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My son and I have both used Cindy Chevrolet to service our Oldsmobiles, they are top notch. We get treated like we were at an Oldsmobile dealer, they know our cars as well as Chevy's.
