This is what a Notary Public does. Any bank can do this for you at no charge. Just walk in.

Many of the pack and ship companies also have notaries, but I tend top go to the bank, as noted above if you are a customer this is a free service.

You can also go to the Fidelity office in Lake Sumter, but they may only do it for customers.
