This December (2013), I had Marwick's Precision Floorcrafters (352-303-3859, on Hwy 441, north of Hwy 42) install engineered wood flooring in my foyer, DR, LR, hall, and 3-BRs. Matt and his team removed the baseboard, tile from the foyer, and laminate flooring from the DR, LR, hall, and 3-BRs. Then, they installed the wood flooring and painted and hung the baseboard. They were so exact that they didn't need transitions strips between the two entrances to the kitchen from the LR or to the spare bath from the hall.

The floors and baseboard look fantastic. From start to finish it took four days! AND Precision Floorcrafters completed all the work and final clean-up with courtesy, care, and precision. They were so meticulously clean that it seamed every hour (or less), someone was vacuuming with a Hepa-filter vacuum cleaner.

Precision Floorcrafters install (and sand and refinish) hardwood and engineered wood. They also specialize in cork and leather flooring. They will, if you choose, install laminate. They use quality wood products, such as Lauzon, a super product.

BTW, I am not an agent for Precision Floorcrafters or Lauzon, and I'm not paid by either of them. I'm just so happy to find contractors in this area that do great work at reasonable prices that I want to pass on the information.
