Agree,they do a great job.They pre-treat with a citrus solution and then wash the house with the proper PSI.
Beware of power washers who blast the grime off the house.

I highly recommend John @ Kirk House Washing. He does a fabulous job on our house and lanai. Plus the lanai furniture and rugs. John cleans about six homes on Fenwick Loop in the Village of Sanibel. Please call 352-348-9725 Janet
