Default Revokable Living Trust

I am planning to set up a Revokable Living Trust. Any recommendations of lawyers? I heard a speaker from a firm last night, but thought I'd put the question out there. TOTV is good for this. Thanks

Hello from another Connecticut TOTVer
I used the Milhorn Group and am pleased with them. They have an office on 441 and another on 446. They also set up a trust, a power of att'y and Florida will for me.

I used Andrew Curtis, who does a lot of those seminars, for RLT and all other estate planning docs. His rates are very reasonable and he knows his stuff.

Default I used Mike Millhorn to do mine.

like Millhorn first and foremost. He is an expert in estate issues. He does business like lawyers of old....you mean something to him. He does not charge for a first consultation which the exploiting attorneys do around here.
And as important as all other considerations, he is in no way connected to or beholding to TV.

He is also a very good contact that will recommend where to get other expertise for subjects not in his bag.

Excellent.

Thank you for the responses. The speaker was a young lady, Amy Reed, from Millhorn and I was very impressed. I have heard good things about them in the past. That's where I will go.

I would stay away from McLin & Burnsed. Their prices are too high and you will wait more than three months to get anything done.
