I used Great Job Pro to clean our current house before we moved in and after some remodeling. They did a great job. Not cheap, but very thorough. They are based in Orlando but do a lot of work in TV. They will want to come out and look at the job to give you an estimate and then will schedule the actual cleaning for another day.
