Default River Rock Sealer

The original owner of my home, enclosed the lanai with windows. The floor is a river rock surface. Lately, during a heavy rain, water is seeping up through the surface. I am unfamiliar with this surface, and I hope it just needs sealing. Need a good contractor to help.

We've had river rock for 8-9 years. Do not worry at all about your lanai getting wet. River rock is meant to be porous and it will drain and dry. After a couple years it may get hazy and will need resealing then but water will always go through it.

Our lanai is open though and frequently gets wet. If your's is leaking from the bottom it may just need caulk on the outside but get mildew resistant caulk for the outside.
