He did our floor a few years ago. AAt that time we were happy with the work. He was also very willing to fix any thing we didn't like right down to recoloring the grout. It was much lighter than we wanted. The only thing we were unhappy with was there suggestion of tile. We never had tile and looked to him for guidance. Much too white. We def would have added a little more design or style knowing what we know now

There have been numerous, detailed, positive posts on Roberto's and Floors of The Villages (another of his locations)
(my own are included )
You may find past posts (if you are interested in doing so) by using the search feature at the top of the forum page…. just hover your cursor on it and a box will drop down where you can type in "Roberto's" or anything else you wish to research.
It's a great feature- I use it often!

He is doing the replacement of the carpet in our home with engineered hardwood next week.

As a Shaw employee I am able to get the materials with an employee discount and he was willing to accept the material as a Shaw dealer and do the work for labor only cost.
