Please get your information correct before making scam assumptions please. There are assigned Villages roofing licensed contractors assisting with warranty concerns in the communities listed above (9-10 year roofs built in 2014-2015).

We received over 35 direct messages to assist with clarification on your presumption from previous message (We appreciate those Villagers bringing this to our attention as we are an honest Villages roofer conducting top-quality business services for all Villagers).

The many homes being replaced in Charlotte, Dunedin, Lake Deaton, Collier, Gilchrist, Etc are under a 10-year warranty from Manufacturer (CertainTeed) and SkyLight Roofing Villages has been tasked to assist with these developments over the course of the last year and a half.

The aggregate (granular) was cooled too quickly on the asphalt laminate so this caused a rapid decrease in granular accumulation on fiber asphalt mat. We are also FL licensed adjusters and work closely with manufacturers (Owens Corning and CertainTeed) as The Villages warranty dept immediately defers homeowners (Villages) right back to have roofs assessed in an honest manner (Remember, these are warranty inspections and not insurance scams).

If your roof is between Osceola Hills and Collier and between 8-10.5 years of age with algae streaks and granular masses have accumulated in gutter or clean out (French drains), then you too should get an honest assessment from SkyLight Roofing Villages: 352-552-4766

Very interesting, Thanks. So if there is a problem with the way the shingles were made, cooled, can or would a warranty claim be made to the manufacture of the shingle? If indeed the manufacture covers the cost or prorated cost of the shingle can I just hire you or anyone to do the labor and leave the insurance company out of it?
