I don't impress easily, but I must say Wayne Smith did it! We noticed a wet spot in our ceiling after the recent heavy rains. I called Scott Smith Roofing this morning. Wayne (owner) was here within about an hour, went up on the roof, found a small problem and fixed it. He was here about 15-20 minutes.

The WOW part......He didn't take any payment. Told me how much a service call is and to watch it after another heavy rain. If no leak, then send them a check. If it leaked, call him to come back.

Doesn't get much better than that!!

We used Scott Smith Roofing a few months ago to put a new roof on our rental house. They did a great job and sent a bill after the roof was completed. Great company.

This company installed about 40 roofs in our courtyard villa neighborhood last year. Good price, good service, and no complaints that I know of.
