Anyone had any experience with this guy? He showed up to repair our window over a month ago, took the parts with him and said he had to order them...it would be about a week. We never heard from him again. All calls to him go unreturned and unanswered. He still has an ad in the Contractors section of the Sun.

AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE, IF YOU CAN EVEN GET HIM TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

He has disappeared with our window parts and we haven't heard from him since. That was last December. He gutted the window to the point where we have to replace it as he cut pieces out and left nothing but the glass, telling us he'd call in a week when the parts came in. Nothing...he has vanished AND he's still advertising in the paper!! I only hope no one gave him any money up front.
