Recommendations for a Machine Shop

I need a steel bracket for seat belts modified.

(4) unnecessary tangs cut off and smoothed and a 3/8 inch hole drilled in the steel bracket. Certainly not precision nor hi-tech work, but more than I'm equipped to handle.

Any suggestions where to get this done?
