Default Homeowner Insurance

Someone told me that it is difficult to get Homeowners Insurance. Any comments?? :dontknow:

I had no problem, did it all at tv thought it was affordable.

efrahin,

I also had no problem obtaining insurance going through Villages Insurance. They cannot write a new policy if there is an active hurricane warning in the State of Florida. Also, it may be more challenging to get insurance on an older manufactured home on the historic side.

I own a manufactured home on the historic side. I went thru Foremost Insurance.
I hade no problem obtaining home insurance.

We used AAA Insurance at Lake Sumter - no problem, fair rates.

I think that there are people always looking for the bad things. I can see that there is no real problems getting insured in TV. Thanks all for your answers.
