Default Epoxy Coatings

Any good recommendations for a driveway/sidewalk and patio Epoxy contractor? I am sure price range is by the square foot.

No recommendations except to make sure the final coat has some sort of friction additive (like Shark Grip) so that this surface is not slippery when wet, even garage floors occasionally get wet, and a nice smooth floor can become a skating rink under these conditions.
