Default Stacked stone on both sides for Patio Design

Does anyone know contractor who installs stacked stone on both sides? We've seen patio design with stacked stone on both sides; however, homeowner advises contractor out of business.

IMHO, there is nothing special about this, the wall is just twice as thick so you have finished stone on both sides, and you use the stones without the offset lip. my neighbor has this for their patio wall looks very nice. My point is any landscaper should be able to do what you want.

You better get arc approval first for district you’re in? Rules are not the same in every district?
