No. Some folks like to paint, carpet, tile it or whatever. It's a garage and as far as I'm concerned it doesn't need pampering. It's a place to park your car, golfcart, motorcycle, etc. I keep mine swept but don't mind an oil stain or two.

Do you have to anything?? No. Like Shimpy said, do whatever you feel you'd like.

The colored epoxy coatings do look nice, though!
