We are using Charlene, "The Village Sitter" (267-481-0588) to watch our house. We're seasonal.

We can't say how happy we are with her services. She is in constant contact with us. She even taught us a few things about our irrigation system, which she tests and adjusts for us while we're away.

I highly recommend her services!

We were part timers in TV for a year and a half, until 2 weeks ago. We also used Charlene from The Village Sitter. She and her husband Steve are great. They go above and beyond the call of duty. She even came to our house on different times to meet workers we hire and keep an eye on them. Charlene texted us pictures of things she found while there, like weeds and ants so we could call the people we needed to take care of the problems. She is a wealth of information about the villages and people to hire for different projects. We consider them our friends not just someone who we trust our home. We are now here full time but still rely on her advise.

Whats great about Charlene is she sends me a text on things while she is at the house..But the best is the pictures and text from Charlene about my neighbors home that the lawn was dying and could i email them to let them know...No they are not her clients and they do use someone else who had not address this problem.. a homewatch company that is concerned for your neighbor as well is priceless

Please add our name to those that think Charlene and Steve are GREAT. We are snowbirds and know our house is in good hands. Cannot recommend them enough.
