Been having an issue with them coming out for driveway repairs. They schedule appointments and don't show up. These are warranty repairs. What good is a 3 year warranty if they don't follow through on repairs? Anyone else having the same issues? Considering filing a small claims court claim.

BEWARE if you're considering using them.

I was thinking of calling them to do my driveway but after what I just read I will rethink. Thanks for your posting.

They have an "F" rating at The Better Business Bureau and 11 other similar cases filed against them.

I have been calling ALL the numbers listed for them and get "out of service " for all. They are supposed to come by to look at my "fading" colors in driveway (also a warranty issue) on the 30 of June...Doubt I will see them. Was calling to change the time they had scheduled...I have had this appt fo over 2 months, said they were busy! If anyone knows how to reach them please tell me, if they don't show, I will post it.

Doesn't small claims court cost you $$? Is it worth it if they are out of business?

I don't understand how they get work in the first place. They must be available somehow by phone if they are continuing to do installations. They did our concrete work five years ago and did a good job. At three years the color had faded and the driveway needed resealing. By that time they had a bad reputation so we didn't even contact them. Instead we called GO Concrete and had a first-rate reseal job done.

Other than GO Concrete. What other contractors would you recommend to do a reseal on stamped concrete?

Made an appointment for resealing 3 months ago. They never showed. Can't get them to respond to calls asking them to explain. If businesses don't acknowledge phone calls, I dump them. Unfortunately is common practice now. This is the 4th business I have scrapped because they don't acknowledge their customers calls. AMAZING BUSINESS ATTITUDES!!!

I just saw Stone Creations' front page advertisement in Paper Net! I tried calling but of course no answer and their voice mailbox is full. They have never shown up to do the warranty work. Definitely recommending people stay away from this business!

So, how do they pay to advertise in these publications if they are not reachable by phone?

I also used Stone Creations. Once they get paid, it is almost impossible to get them to respond for any repair or follow-up. Also aware of other neighbors who have experienced problems with them. Suggest you get a different company.
