Question AT&T Wireless

Thought I would pass on to TOTV a problem I noted on my last AT&T Wireless bill. I seldom go over these in detail but with some extra time thought I would this time. I saw an item for "AT&T Navigator for.." at $9.99 per month. I called AT&T and said I never used nor signed for something like this. They looked it up and said sometimes these get on the bills and should not be..Gave me some convoluted reason as to how it happened. Net was they credited my $19.98 as it was on my last bill and I did not see it. Just thought I would pass on in case someone else gets the same hit??

That is a MUST DO, no matter which landline or wireless company you use. Just like going over your bank and credit card statements.

These days you have to be vigilant.
