I used them to Sanford and I thought they were great. On time. Friendly driver.

I recently used Pelican Bay Express (352-901-6356) to get me to Orlando Airport (MCO) to catch an international flight. The clean, new vehicle arrived at my front door about 10 minutes early. The driver, a Villages resident, was friendly, polite and personable. As it turned out, I was the only passenger. Great ride.

I used them a few days ago. Driver was Ed. Excellent driver and service. I understand they’re getting additional vehicles.

I have used them twice with excellent results. Highly recommend!

I have used them a number of times and was very pleased at the beginning. 2 of last 3 roundtrips had enough issues that I've gone back to the Villages Transportation.

I have just booked a ride MCO-TV in February based on TOTV posters' positive reports, so here's hoping :-)

I suggest you check with them as they are canceling reservations

Pick-up at MCO delayed due to another customer's bags not having arrived, but we left that person to be picked up by the next driver and I ended up being the only traveller.

Clean, new vehicle with friendly driver - Norm.

Note that they pick up from Bay 39 (hotels)

I booked them also from MCO to TV for 2/19 hope they meet my expectations and fulfill their end of the deal and not leave me stranded in MCO.

Eager to be back in TV...

I booked them to take us to the airport on Wednesday, and they called yesterday and cancelled, claiming vandalism. How ridiculous. They also cancelled our return trip. Stay away, something is wrong.

On the way to the Sanford airport last week the driver told my wife that they were probably going to stop going to Sanford and just go to Orlando. Not a good sign! Going to be hard to compete with the other providers in Orlando.

That's a bummer. It seems like the business model for home pick-up and drop-off to/from the airport doesn't work. First the Villages Airport Van went down the tubes, now it looks like Pelican Bay is following them. The Villages transportation is a fine option if you have someone to pick you up or drop you off at LSL or Brownwood, but not a great option for door to door service (it costs $15 more and you have to take a taxi after the bus ride and pay two tips).
