With all the new homes being sold in TV is there a local business that takes in trade the new appliances that come with the home towards upgrading? Or is there a store that takes them in for a fair valuation?

When we moved into our new house we wanted stainless upgraded appliances. The Villages agent said "Take it as is, no changes allowed". On the walk through on closing day I mentioned to the contractor that I wanted the appliances changes. He said "No problem". Here is the name of CO that installed the appliances. Deal with them & they will exchange the appliances if they are not used. It took a few days to get the new appliances & we cooked on the BBQ or ate out. By upgrading & paying more $ the appliance co obliged us.
